I’ve been taking psyllium husk powder and Metamucil before I switched on to Yaa. Can’t believe how effective and hassle free Yaay is. Will continue using this excellent capsule for my regular bowels.

Previously I was using Metamucil intermittently but was having better results on that compared to having now been on 3-4 tablets per day (with food and water) for the past months on YAAY. I was prepared to pay a premium for an Australian made product however, that would only be on the basis that the product is at least as good as the other. I bought 2 bottles so still have the second to use up but at this stage won't be buying more

I like the convenience of taking tablets once a day, though I can’t see that it’s made a noticeable difference to be honest compared to other products.
