1. Get Started: Purchase YAAY — a single bottle or your first subscription. Your 30 day window starts from the date of purchase.

2. Commit to Consistency: Take 3–4 capsules daily with food and at least 2 litres of water a day. Consistency is key. The first week or two can be an adjustment period as your body gets used to the increase in fibre — that's completely normal.
