We stand behind what we make. If YAAY isn't for you, we'll sort it out — no awkward back-and-forth.

The Short Version

If you're not happy with your first order of YAAY, you've got 30 days from purchase to request a full refund. No questions asked. Just email us at hello@yaay.co. 

 

How It Works

Email us at hello@yaay.co within 30 days of your purchase. Let us know it's not working for you — that's it. We'll process your refund and you'll see it back in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

This applies to your first purchase. If you've been taking YAAY for three months and loving it, the 30-day guarantee doesn't apply to month three. It's there to let you try YAAY with zero risk on your first order.

Subscription orders. The guarantee applies to your first subscription shipment. If you've received multiple shipments, you can cancel your subscription anytime — but the refund applies to the first one only.

We recommend giving it the full 30 days. The first week or two is an adjustment period as your body gets used to the increase in fibre. Most customers notice the difference by week two. If you're still not feeling it after 30 days, fair enough — get in touch and we’ll happily give you your money back.

 

Damages and issues?

 
Whilst extremely rare, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
